  • Bản kết quả phân loại A
  • Phiếu tiếp nhận đủ hồ sơ công bố A do Sở Y Tế cấp
  • Bộ hồ sơ: Hóa đơn (Invoice), Phiếu đóng gói (Packing list), Tờ khai (Declaration), Catalogue

3. LƯU Ý:

  • Tem nhãn trên hàng hoá phải khớp với tờ khai, phân loại, invoice khi thông quan hàng tại VN. (trùng nhau 100%)
  • Hàng Loại B,C,D cần làm công bố đủ điều kiện mua bán TBYT trước khi xuất hóa đơn GTGT (VAT) (3-5 ngày)
  • Kê khai giá trước khi bán ra thị trường (1 ngày là xong)
  • Thủ tục nhập khẩu TBYT loại C, D 2025: tất cả các TTBYT loại C, D để nhập khẩu đều cần ĐĂNG KÝ SỐ LƯU HÀNH LƯU HÀNH. Chi tiết hồ sơ liên hệ hỗ trợ ạ.
