Theo Thông tư 05/2022/BYT, Chất làm đầy bôi trơn khớp là trang thiết bị y tế LOẠI D. Để check chính xác phân loại hàng, anh chị gửi cho em em Thúy 0979785886. (Tel/Zalo) CFS và ISO 13485 nhé.

2. THỦ TỤC NHẬP KHẨU CHẤT LÀM ĐẦY BÔI TRƠN KHỚP

– HS code: 9021

  • Thuế NK 0%, VAT, HS CODE inbox em Thúy 0979785886.
  • Lưu hành D + Phân loại D (cần tư vấn làm số lưu hành loại D liên hệ em )

3. THỦ TỤC HẢI QUAN CHẤT LÀM ĐẦY BÔI TRƠN KHỚP

  • Bộ hồ sơ thông quan: Lưu hành D, Phân loại D, Invoice, Packing list, Tờ khai hải quan, Catalogue, C/O (nếu có)…
